answers

What is AI training work?

AI labs hire people to write example answers, rate and correct model responses, and flag mistakes in their area of expertise. A nurse might check medical advice; an attorney might grade legal reasoning; a bilingual speaker might review translations.

Do I need AI or tech experience?

No. Most roles want expertise in your own field, clear writing and attention to detail. Coding roles are the exception and need real programming skill. Entry-level roles need no experience at all.

How does the application work?

You apply to a role and take an AI interview about your field right away, usually 20–40 minutes. Some roles add a short skills test. Once you're certified, you're matched to projects as they open.

How much will I make?

Rates depend on the role, your expertise and sometimes your country. Entry-level roles like video recording and annotation pay about $6–$35/hr. Most professional roles pay $50–$200/hr, and top specialists such as BigLaw attorneys can earn up to $400/hr. Hours aren't guaranteed, so treat it as flexible income.

Does it cost anything?

No. Applying is always free. If anyone asks you to pay to get a role, it's a scam and not one of these listings.

Am I an employee?

Most roles are independent contractor work: no benefits, and you handle your own taxes. The full-time roles listed are salaried positions at micro1 itself.

Will I definitely get hired?

No one can promise that. Matching depends on open projects and how you do in the interview. Applying to roles that closely fit your background gives you the best odds.
